Le nombre de personnes occupant la maison ne doit en aucun cas dépasser la capacité d’accueil.
Dans le cas contraire, le contrat peut être résilié ou modifié en conséquence (prix).
En vue de couvrir les dégâts éventuels, une caution obligatoire de 200 euros sera versée à l’arrivée par le locataire. Elle lui sera restituée dans la semaine suivant le séjour, après vérification du bon état de la maison.
Le locataire s’engage à rendre le logement propre et en bon ordre (vaisselle, four, sanitaires et sols lavés). Si l’état des lieux révèle que cette clause n’est pas respectée, le ménage sera facturé 50 euros au locataire.
Les objets manquants ou détériorés devront être remboursés au propriétaire au prix courant et coûtant, exception faîte pour l’usure normale des choses utilisées, l’inventaire établi pour chaque pièce faisant foi et constituant la seule référence en cas de litige.
Le prix de location comprend la fourniture d’électricité pour un chauffage normal de 20° sans ouverture inconsidérée des fenêtres.
Le propriétaire décline toute responsabilité
en cas de vol.
Le client n’ayant pas versé le solde à la date convenue est considéré comme ayant annulé son séjour. Dès lors la prestation est de nouveau offerte et aucun remboursement ne sera effectué.
* réservation à plus de 30 jours avant le début du séjour :
50% de la somme seront versés à la réservation à titre d’acompte et 50 % 1 mois avant le séjour
* réservation à moins de 30 jours avant le début du séjour :
la totalité du règlement est demandée
* réservation de dernière minute :
règlement en espèces à la remise des clés
Pour toute annulation du fait du client la somme remboursée sera la suivante :
- annulation plus de 45 jours avant le début du séjour, somme entière
- annulation entre le 45ème et le 21ème jour, une retenue de 20%
- annulation entre le 20ème et le 5ème jour, une retenue de 50%
- annulation moins de 5 jours, une retenue de 80%
- non présentation du client, aucun remboursement
- interruption du séjour, aucun remboursement
The number of people occupying the house should not in no
case to exceed capacity of reception. In the contrary case, the
contract can be terminated or modified in consequence

In order to cover the possible damage, an obligatory
guarantee of 200 euros will be versed with the arrival by
the tenant. It will be restored to him in the week following
the stay, after checking of the good state of the house.
The tenant commits himself making housing clean and
in good order (washed crockery, furnace, medical
and grounds). If the inventory of fixtures reveals that
this clause is not respected, the household will be invoiced
50 euros with the tenant.
The missing or deteriorated objects will have to be refunded
with the owner at the current price and costing, exception
ridge for the fair wear and tear of the things used, the
inventory established for each part being taken and
constituting the only reference in the event of litigation.
The owner declines any responsibility
in the event of flight.
The customer not having paid the pay as of theagreed date
is regarded as having cancelled his stay. Consequently
the service is again offered and no refunding will be carried
out.

* reservation with less than 30 days before the beginning of the stay: the totality of the payment is required

For any cancellation because of the customer the refunded
sum will be as follows :
- cancellation more than 45 days before the beginning of the stay, summons whole
- cancellation enters the 45ème and the 21st day, a reserve of 20%
- cancellation enters 20th and the 5th day, a reserve of 50%
- cancellation less than 5 days, a reserve of 80%
- not presentation of the customer, any refunding
- interruption of the stay, any refunding
